1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
IM PRODUCTION, a simplified corporation (French SAS) with a share capital of 550,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under the number 403 24 30 58, and headquartered at 50 rue Croix des Petits Champs, 75001 Paris, France (hereinafter, the "Company" or "We/Us"), is the data controller, and as such, is responsible for defining the purposes for which your Data is collected.
Nevertheless, if you purchase products in a Store outside of France, the Store in which you purchased your item(s) or placed an order is solely responsible for any processing required to manage the transactions and invoicing associated with your purchase.

At the end of the retention periods indicated above, some of your Personal Data may be kept in archived form (with restricted and strictly limited access) for the purposes of meeting our legal, accounting, and tax-related obligations, as well as to manage any eventual claims or warranty requests, and only for the applicable legal prescription periods.
At the end of the above-mentioned periods, it will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Your bank details are stored by our payment service providers (Adyen, PayPal). When placing an order on the Website, you must enter your bank details in the fields provided.
