IM PRODUCTION, located at 50 rue Croix des Petits Champs, 75001 Paris, France, and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, or the “Company”)  are committed to the protection of the personal data of candidates applying for its job offers and individuals submitting unsolicited applications (hereinafter “you”).

This privacy policy (hereinafter “Policy”) describes how we collect, process and share your personal data.

We handle your personal data strictly in compliance with the applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés, “LIL”).

As the data controller, we aim to provide you with clear and transparent information about how your personal data is collected, stored, and processed.

Your Personal Data is collected directly from you when you respond to a job offer that we have posted on recruitment platforms (such as LinkedIn, FashionJobs), and throughout the recruitment process.

Your Personal Data may also be collected when you send us an unsolicited application directly.

  • Why Do We Use Your Personal Data?

To help you better understand the characteristics of the processing activities we carry out, the table below outlines the reasons why we process your Personal Data (purposes), the justification for such processing (legal basis), and the duration for which we retain your data (retention periods).

Our legitimate interest in retaining your personal data for evidentiary purposes For a period of 5 years in archive starting from the hiring decision.
  • Who Are the Recipients of Your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data is accessible within our various departments only to individuals duly authorised to process it based on their respective roles and responsibilities – in particular, members of our Human Resources department and relevant managers.

Where applicable, we may share your data with external service providers acting on our behalf and under our instructions, such as recruitment agencies. We ensure that such providers offer the necessary guarantees to maintain the security and confidentiality of your data.

  • Are Your Personal Data Transferred Outside the European Union?

Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.

  • What Are Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data?

In accordance with applicable data protection laws and subject to the relevant conditions, you have the right to access, rectify, request the erasure of, or object to the processing of your Personal Data. You may also request the restriction of the processing of your data, which allows you – subject to the applicable conditions – to ask us to suspend the processing of your Personal Data. Where applicable, you may withdraw your consent at any time regarding the retention of your data for the purpose of maintaining our CV database.

You also have the right to data portability, which allows you, in certain circumstances, to receive your Personal Data from us in a structured format and transmit it to another data controller.

In addition, you have the right to define general or specific directives regarding the handling of your Personal Data after your death. Specific directives may be recorded directly with us. General directives may be registered with a trusted third party certified by the CNIL (French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty). You may modify or delete these directives at any time.
