How can I return my order / exercise my right of withdrawal?
In accordance with your right of withdrawal, you may return your order or certain items within 14 days of receiving your order. Return fees will be deducted from the refunded amount of your order.

You have several options to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return:
- by scanning the QR code on the card included in your parcel,
- from your « My Account » area by selecting the items from your order that you wish to return and then clicking on « Return my order »,
- from the website homepage via the « Request a return » or "Right of withdrawal",
- click directly on this link.
You can then download the shipping documents as well as your return label.
Products marked as "Final Sale" are considered final sale items and cannot be refunded or credited in the following countries: Canada, Japan, and Australia.
