Return policy and return conditions

Before proceeding with a return, the item(s) must be placed in their original packaging together with all accessories and documents provided (manuals, warranties, certificates of authenticity).

We recommend taking all necessary precautions to protect the item(s). In the case of footwear, the soles must also remain intact and retain their protective film where applicable. Likewise, personalized, made-to-order, or altered items cannot be returned. For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed items (swimwear, lingerie) that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

Products marked as "Final Sale" are considered final sale items and cannot be refunded or credited in the following countries: Canada, Japan, and Australia.

Any item that is not returned, returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or in any condition that could reasonably suggest it has been used or worn will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The item will be sent back to you, and the shipping costs of your order will not be refunded.

If you have received an item that was already damaged, please contact our Client Service and indicate the reason for the return on the return form. Otherwise, your order will be returned to you.
