How can I return my order or an item?
As per your right of withdrawal, you may return any or all of the items in your order within 15 days after receiving it. Isabel Marant pays for all the costs associated with your return.
A declaration of your return is required. To obtain this, you have several options:
- scan the QR Code found on the card inserted into your package
- go to the "My Account" area
- click directly on this link.
You can then download the shipping documents as well as your return label.
